The conversion of relaxed hair or chemically treated can be easy. There are several styles that can be long lasting and carefree.
Here are a few question you need to ask yourself first.
1. Why am I going natural?
2. What type of styles do I want to be able to wear?
3. Do I want to still have the change my style often or am I going for one particular look?
Roller Sets or any set curls are good for making your transition. They hide the new growth well. These stlyes are longer lasting.
Another option is just shampoo and flat iron, but keep in mind the style will not be long lasting. Depending on the amount of humidty or sweat your hair is exposed to determines the life of this style.
Locs are also an option in this conversion, and you do not have to cut off the relaxer. There are several techniques that offer you the ablitly to go from relaxed hair to having locs with ease.
So, ladies do not think that your conversion has to be painfull. You can enjoy this period of your hair also.
If you have any questions……just ask.

Molasses moves faster than how my hair grows. Way back when(the last time I grew out my hair), I used 3 blow-out kits on my hair throughout a two and a half year period. It got some height but it wasn’t a decent-looking bunch of hair (it would have been a crime to call it an afro). Now I am growing my hair natural yet I desire my growth to catch up to at least a molasses pace.
